LoL skin idea: Cosmic Horror Fiddlesticks

Fiddlesticks is a League champion who represents the aspect of terror. The thematic lends itself to other horror based themes as well, so I wanted to make a cosmic horror skin.
The Dark Star skinline already covers that in a way, but it's old by now so I wanted to put my own spin on it.
