LoL skin idea: PsyOps Swain

He pulls enemies towards him, shoots lightning from his fingertips and erupts in a burst of energy.
It's like he was made for the PsyOps skinline, but instead we got a bunch of champs that have close to nothing in their kit, resembling psyonic abilities. It still baffles me.
