LoL skin idea: Queen Bee Syndra + Prestige Edition

This shall be the definite last time I do a Bee Syndra skin. I had a tough time though. I wanted to keep the regal flair since it's a "Queen Bee", but also go back to the core of the bee skins: Cuteness, wool and bees. Turns out I just needed to drop enough of the royal aspect to make the cute Syndra aspect work. So to cover the opposite, I also made a prestige veriant: More regal, less cute.
This would clearly need to be a legendary.
